Dia de la Tierra, Part 1: Preparation
In order: 1: Kids in Linda Vista working on their banner for Earth Day, 2: Youth in Tacaná working on a recycling theme, 3: Kids in San Pablo helping me to paint the globe, 4: Nametags printed with an image of a tree with roots, created by a potato stamp, 5: Youth in Cunlaj working on a large painting about reforestation, 6: Two young women painting the banner for Linda Vista, 7: An example of the posters that I made for the event; this one hangs in the town hall

The Jovenes seem so focused. Good job. I especially like your Earth Day poster with the words and painting of the tree and roots encompassing the earth.
Absolutely wonderful Brooke!
Thanks for so many pictures; it really illustrates your contribution.
Good Work!

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. It’s amazing how much good you're giving. I just had this feeling that it doesn't really matter how simple (or tough) you life can be in a mountain with no running water and two hours away from everywhere, when you have so much to share with your kids and with us.
Hi brooke,
This is interesting...looks like the kids were aving fun,
